Regulation.

I coordinate iGaming compliance by connecting regulatory requirements with certification, technical implementation and market-release delivery.

Compliance must work
in the real product.

Regulatory requirements only create value when they are understood, implemented and supported by evidence.

iGaming compliance can involve game behaviour, technical controls, mathematics, platform requirements, documentation, certification, regulator submissions and jurisdiction-specific release conditions.

I work across Compliance, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Maths, Product and independent testing laboratories to keep these dependencies connected and visible throughout delivery.

From regulation to release-ready implementation.

Practical coordination across regulatory, technical and certification workstreams.

01

Regulatory Requirements

Review regulatory and technical requirements and translate them into practical actions, evidence and accountable workstreams.

02

Certification Strategy

Define certification scope, jurisdictions, test-lab dependencies and required deliverables before formal testing begins.

03

Technical Compliance

Coordinate technical requirements with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Maths and Product so compliance is reflected in the actual implementation.

04

Test-Lab Coordination

Manage certification submissions, technical queries, findings, evidence requests, retesting and final laboratory deliverables.

05

Market Readiness

Keep certifications, registrations, regulator approvals, product configuration and deployment dependencies aligned with market launch.

06

Compliance Delivery

Track risks, owners, deadlines and regulatory blockers so compliance supports delivery rather than becoming a late release dependency.

Compliance is a cross-functional responsibility.

Most regulatory findings cannot be solved by Compliance alone.

A requirement may need a frontend change, backend evidence, mathematical clarification, game-rule update, configuration change, operational procedure or formal laboratory review.

My role is to connect the requirement with the right owner, maintain visibility of the dependency and drive the work through clarification, implementation, verification and closure.

From requirement to market.

Compliance work stays connected to accountable owners and delivery dates.

01

Interpret

Understand the regulatory requirement and how it applies to the product, platform or target market.

02

Structure

Break requirements into technical, operational and certification actions with clear ownership.

03

Prepare

Coordinate documentation, builds, technical evidence and supporting certification material.

04

Validate

Work with technical teams and independent laboratories to resolve compliance questions and findings.

05

Control

Track risks, deadlines, approvals and outstanding dependencies against the planned release.

06

Deliver

Connect certification and regulatory readiness with the final route to production.

Compliance is part of the release plan.

Certification reports, regulator approvals, registrations, technical configurations and product readiness can all affect the launch date. I keep those dependencies visible so compliance work supports a controlled route to market.
